Pastors & Elders

Pastor Chad Finch

 Senior Pastor

Pastor Chad is happily married with his wife Suzanne. Chad has been here at this church since its inception in 1990. Both he and his wife have ministered in many capacities over the years, including international missions, local outreach, high school, and many others prior to becoming the Senior Pastor here at Grace Chapel Indio. As a “fun fact”, many people within the church know him to be the cheese hating Pastor. We know what you’re thinking, that he doesn’t like things that are done in a “cheesy” way. That’s true, but he literally doesn’t like cheese; except for on Pizza, and Nacho’s (we know…he’s kinda wierd).

John Spedaliere

Elder & Pastor of Counseling

John’s story starts in Brooklyn New York, along the way a beautiful girl came into his life
and he followed her to California. They became best friends,
fell in love and have been happily married for 38 years.
John and Virginia have five adult children (Jonna, John, Joe, Anthony and Joshua).
They also have five beautiful grand children.
John has been serving at Grace Chapel since 2001 in many
different areas and is currently on staff as Pastor of Administration and Counselor.
On a personal note, someone asked John about Brooklyn,
he told him “I’ve got to laugh at dat, when I tink about it. It’d take a guy a lifetime to know Brooklyn. An’ even den, yuh wouldn’t know it all, have a cup of “cawfee” and, Fuhgedaboutit!!

Alex Dean

Elder

"Since 1994, Alex and his wife of 30+ years, Carol, have been attending and serving Grace Chapel, and for the past 9 years he has served in the role of Elder. Their whole family, including three daughters and a son-in-law, attends and serves at Grace as well. His favorite way to serve the church body is through food, and he has been nicknamed the “Salsa Elder” (not for his dance moves, though). Everyone loves Alex’s salsa, but you can be sure he won’t be giving away his secret recipe anytime soon."
